Regulated & Restored: A Transformative Women’s Wellness Retreat

This past weekend, I had the honor of being part of the Regulated & Restored - A Women’s Wellness Retreat, hosted at The Sanctuary in downtown Austin. It was a day dedicated to women’s health and wellness, where attendees gathered to reconnect with themselves in an atmosphere of pure Zen.
I was excited to showcase some of BellaVee's signature offerings, including Crystal Mala’s, Crystal Candles, all-natural car diffusers, and gift boxes—all designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. As always, I felt privileged to be among a select group of vendors in such an intimate and thoughtfully curated space.
Working with the incredible event host, Jackie, was a highlight of the day. Her passion for wellness and her deep connection to each guest was truly inspiring. It was also wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces, many of whom I hadn’t seen in a while. The sense of community was palpable, and I was reminded of the importance of supporting one another on our wellness journeys.
The atmosphere at The Sanctuary was everything I hoped it would be—completely Zen. Every woman in attendance was fully present, embracing the peaceful energy that flowed through the room. I felt seen, valued, and supported throughout the entire event, and it was clear that BellaVee’s mission of promoting mindfulness and positive energy resonated with everyone there.
As a way to express my gratitude and foster an authentic connection, I gifted crystals to all who visited my booth. It’s my way of ensuring that each person takes home a small piece of Mother Earth, reminding them of the importance of self-care and holistic wellness.
I look forward to participating in more events like this one. The energy, the connections, and the shared mission to promote women’s health and wellness made it a truly unforgettable experience.
